Financial Assistance
The Washtenaw ID Scholarship Fund exists to serve any community member who is need of financial assistance to receive the Washtenaw ID. In order to qualify for the full financial assistance of $25, individuals must meet the following criteria.
To demonstrate need for financial assistance, we require one of the following:

2. A document or card issued by any government program that is administering public benefits to the individual indicating that he/she is receiving needs-based assistance (i.e. Supplemental Security Income, TANF, Bridge Card or Medicaid card). The document must include a statement from the potential recipient indicating the amount of financial assistance needed.
3. A document indicating that your child receives free school lunch. The document must include a statement from the potential recipient indicating the amount of financial assistance needed.
Mobility Assistance
The ID Support Clinic has successfully assisted community members with mobility impairments to receive their Washtenaw County ID. This service is provided to eligible individuals on a case by case basis. If eligible for mobility assistance, the ID Support Clinic will come to you, scan your documents, take your photograph and conduct a Skype interview with the Washtenaw County Clerks Office to verify identity and residency documents. The ID Support Clinic will then pick up your Washtenaw County ID and deliver to your residence. If you are interested in learning more, please email admin@washtenawid.com or call us at 734-483-9363.
